Safeguarding Children
We are proud to have held a National Safeguarding Children’s accreditation with the Australian Childhood Foundation (ACF) since 2008.
At Camp Quality we know the services we provide are only as good as the people who provide them. We are always keen to hear from highly skilled, talented people who can bring passion and enthusiasm to our team.
We are a tenacious, fun-filled, optimistic bunch, committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children facing cancer and their families.
We work hard and take time to celebrate and recognise our people’s commitment, dedication and achievements. We reward performance through a competitive remuneration and benefits framework.
Camp Quality is committed to creating a high performing workplace that empowers every team member, encourages innovative thinking and strives to do things better – always.
We appreciate the unique skills and experience each staff member contributes and offer an inclusive, supportive culture to help them thrive; with individual learning and development plans, everyone is supported in their career path aspirations.
In 2022, our dedication to fostering a supportive and engaged workplace was reflected in our Voice Project Employee Engagement Survey results; with the organisation awarding us the Voice Project Best Workplace 2022 Award. The award recognises workplaces with excellent management and people practices, a highly engaged workforce with exceptional levels of job satisfaction.

View our current opportunitiesCamp Quality’s values serve as a compass for our actions and describe how we behave in the world. They underpin everything we do. Our values are:
Optimism: Spread positivity, hope and enthusiasm in the way we interact with others
Integrity: Encourage trust through personal leadership
Celebrating Life: Approach life as an adventure
Accountability: Accept responsibility for actions and results
Excellence: Seek greatness in all that we do
We start meetings with something fun.
It doesn’t have to take long or be overly complicated; it could be anything from a quick quiz to a game of heads and tails. Occasionally, we schedule in Fun Therapy Activities to bond us as a team, while at other times we may break out into a spontaneous fun activity.
We believe that laughter is the best medicine! Fun Therapy creates laughter and positive emotions.
According to the principles of positive psychology, positive emotions are good for us; they expand the way we think and build our personal resources. They also enhance our problem-solving skills, our immune system, our resilience, and the way we manage our emotions.
Furthermore, positive emotions improve our social resources, which help us to connect with others and be ‘on the same level’ – whether you’re the CEO or a volunteer.
Camp Quality honours human rights, celebrates diversity and fosters a climate of mutual respect in order to promote an inclusive environment that affirms the intrinsic value of each individual.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment due to race, colour, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, carer responsibility or basis of disability.
